The Village at Bluegrass is proud to have dog friendly apartments in Mt. Pleasant with 3 and 4 bedroom styles available.

Our floor plans are some of the most spacious in the area, making them ideal for both you and your pets to live comfortably. As an added convenience, the community also boasts plenty of green space.

The Village at Bluegrass Pet Policy:

• We allow one pet per resident, and two pets maximum per apartment
• Those wishing to have a pet must pay a $250 refundable pet deposit, as well as a $25 “pet rent” due with each installment
• Owners must provide documentation of vaccinations and neutering/spaying.
